Regarding the production process of PVC transparent pipes, most of them are produced by extrusion, which is a production method for pipes with two ends connected (not for pipes with one side connected!). It uses an extruder to produce (the same applies to us), and our pipes are produced in a one-to-one manner (one machine only produces one pipe at a time, and it is cut into the desired length by the cutting machine). Some extruders can achieve a second or third order, and the output of machines with a second or third order is higher. However, the accuracy of PVC transparent pipe size is not as accurate as that of a one-to-one order. Our customers use it to package electronic components, also known as electronic component packaging pipes. The size requirements for pipes are quite high because they can also be produced on automated assembly lines. Once they are not accurate enough, they will get stuck, This affects the production efficiency of electronic component manufacturers. So, the extrusion industry is also divided into smaller segments.
