If it is too large, the shaking will be severe, and the vacuum tray or carrier tape can also deform the pins. If chip packaging tubes are used, the chips may overlap and cause jamming; Otherwise, the chip gets stuck. Also, let's talk about transparency. Currently, the IC packaging tubes we have seen are mainly transparent, and it is rare for customers to use opaque ones. This is mainly for the convenience of observing the discharge status of the tubes and for quality inspectors to check the appearance of the chips. However, the vacuum tray and carrier tape are also transparent, which may be beneficial for quality inspection! We mainly produce chip packaging tubes, which have anti-static properties between the 8th and 10th power of 10, meeting the requirements for anti-static properties, strength, and transparency. We use brand new imported PVC pellets for production, which are sturdy, tough, and transparent! Don't worry about the issue of protection. We carefully measure each appearance size of the chip and reserve reasonable space, so our pipes do not get stuck!
